darkcasey Memory Alpha is a dark ambient album that seems to take the listener on a gentle tour of a simulation-styled museum. The outside might seem cold, industrial and barren, but when you’re inside, that all falls away into perpetual summer afternoons and sunlight-spackled green spaces, populated by the people who were living much happier lives. You know it’s all fake, merely a simulation, but that doesn’t stop you wanting to escape there. Favorite track: Capsule of Decaying Dreams.

What Eusebes throws into the mix however, is the kind of sound that you might hear when one spaceship docks with another, a kind of vigorous thump that goes way beyond straining superstructure. I felt that this was an introspective track, but one that creates the feeling of something coming.
